Shipping Policy

At Lalinda, we offer reliable domestic and international shipping to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping details below.


1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Express Shipping:

  • Cost: $12.00
  • Delivery Time: 1 to 4 business days

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders over $90.00: Free
  • Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days

Standard Shipping (for orders under $90.00):

  • Cost: $8.00
  • Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.


2. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and carrier services. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at marketing@lalinda.com.au to check for shipping options.

  • International delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on location.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (AEST) on business days are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (AEST) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • During peak sale periods, processing times may be extended beyond 1-2 business days due to high demand.

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped with a trackable service. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • We use Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, and other reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
  • Lalinda is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Lalinda is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect shipping details.
  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking details or contact our customer support team.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, check with your local postal service or neighbors before contacting us.
  • Lalinda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier. We recommend selecting signature on delivery for added security.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from the local post office, it may be returned to us. In such cases:
    • A reshipping fee will apply for re-delivery.
    • If you choose not to have the package resent, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
