At Lalinda, we want you to have a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

The item is not a final sale, clearance, or non-returnable item (see below for exclusions).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Accessories such as jewelry, hats, and socks.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional giveaways.

Customized or personalized items.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Receive a Return Label: Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

Ship the Item Back: Securely pack the item and return it using the provided label or your preferred shipping method.

Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If an order was paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.
5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request.

We will ship the replacement item once we receive and verify the returned product.

If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be provided.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: Lalinda will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

If using our prepaid return label, the cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return process applies.
9. Store Credit & Gift Cards

Store credit issued for returns does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
